I bought a cooling bed for my dog ( buy 1 get one free) The beds did not stay cool at all. How do they expect you to return unused unless your pet tries it and you notice it’s not keeping them cool?? So, just because I cut the tags off they offer a whole 20% refund AND I get to keep useless beds that will just be donated? Buyer beware!!!!
I bought the Kopflo Arctic Gel Cooling Pillow & the Pillowcase. The pillow they advertise looks like a good quality pillow & has the Kopflo tags on it. The tiny little pillow that I received is a cheap piece of crap. Its toddler sized! It was shipped in a tiny little vacuum-packed piece of plastic that looked like it was about to explode. After several attempts to contact Kopflo, I finally received a reply. They will not stand behind their product. It is False advertisement to show a good quality product, then sell a piece of crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!
Bought one and got one free. 1st week itself, one of them stopped working. Air flow is very poor. The only mode which does produce some airflow lasts only around 4 hrs. When I informed company about this, they said that yes the highest mode only gives 4.5 hours of airflow, yet their website says that it gives 8 hrs of air flow, which is absoluetly incorrect. Company refused to reimburse when I said that I want to return product -Product is very noisy and does not allow your partner to sleep -Overall ...do not buy, it's a useless product-noisy, poor airflow, does not work as stated

Taxually VAT Service in EU Overall, Taxually has been a good company but be very careful with them and do not rely on their account management. We paid them every month to manage our Italian VAT account. Under their management, our VAT account was cancelled and they did not even know-kept charging us a monthly fee for a cancelled account. Now they want us to pay to have VAT number reinstated. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.
