I logged on (as I have previously) but for some reason I ended up on the U.S. iHerb site. Normally I’m directed back to the Australian site, but it didn’t happen this time. I only discovered it when my bank charged me for the AUD to USD exchange. It also resulted in a longer than usual delivery time. It’s water under the bridge now, and I’ll be more careful in future. But it would be useful if the entry portal could flag which site you’re ordering on.

40+ plastic pillows for 1x single bottle of capsules in an oversized box. For a company preaching health and wellbeing, they go and do this on every order... Why not just put it in a smaller box or a padded envelope? Won't buy from them again due to this.
Never dealing with this company again they said they would refund me for a hotel stay but they never did . Their customer service agents would hang up on me when I called them asking why I hadn’t received my refund .
